With great regret and dis-belief I like to share my experience I had with Lulu Hypermarkets today at one of there branches in Saudi Arabia Jubail. I had purchased elekta fan with stand, during purchase i requested the staff to assemble the fan and test it but unfortunately they said to take it home directly as this product never has issues.

On reaching home i assembled the fan and started it but fan did nit turn on immediately it took approx 5 minutes to spin after putting on. I went to lulu back with bill to send service technician to check the fan but they said to bring back the fan to store for checking.

I request its very inconvenient to me to dismantle the fan back and bring to store again but the lulu staff was very rude and said this is the only option. One of the worst shopping experience never lulu again".
